World Pharmacists Day is being observed on Monday to recognize and appreciate the vital role that pharmacists play in healthcare systems around the world.

The theme for 2023 is “Pharmacy strengthening health systems.” This day aims to raise awareness about the contributions of pharmacists to patient care, medication safety, and public health.
