A two-day management training course for Radio Pakistan's officers was held at PBC Academy in Islamabad. It was attended by officers including Director News and Current Affairs, Station Directors, Controllers and Deputy Controllers of different wings of the national broadcaster. Participants belonging to twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi attended the training in person while others from across the country participated in the course through video link. Director General Radio Pakistan, Saeed Ahmad Shaikh delivered lectures on enhancing performance of Radio Pakistan by implementing effective management policy. His lectures focused on management ethics and integrity. He advised the participants to follow internationally recognized principles of management to bring improvement in their working and creation of a healthy environment within the organization. On the occasion, the participants raised various issues pertaining to the employees of the Radio Pakistan and presented observations and suggestions to bring improvement in the organization. Question-answer session was also held on both the days of the training course. At conclusion of the training course, the Director General PBC distributed certificates among the participants.
