Farooqabad: Sikh Yatrees who are in Pakistan for the birth anniversary celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji visited Gurdwara Sacha Sauda in Farooqabad on Saturday, after which they departed for Hassan Abdal. The Yatrees will stay for one day at Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Hassan Abdal. According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Commissioner Shahid Imran Marth informed newsmen that exemplary arrangements have been ensured for the Sikh Yatrees. He stated that facilities including accommodation, food, transportation, and medical services are being provided to the Yatrees. On this occasion, the Sikh Yatrees expressed satisfaction over the security, accommodation, and overall arrangements. They mentioned that Pakistan is a peaceful country and that Pakistanis have deep love for the Sikh community. In the last leg of their journey, the Sikh Yatrees will visit Kartarpur near Narowal on Monday.
