Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb says Punjab's shrimp farming model will serve as an exemplary project for other provinces. She stated this during the meeting with a delegation of Thai Union in Lahore on Friday. During the meeting, discussions were held on starting shrimp farming in Punjab, shrimp hatcheries, research, export, demand and supply chains, and local farmers' training. Maryam Aurangzeb thanked the Thai delegation for their technical assistance in shrimp farming. She said that graduate students will be given opportunities in research centers through universities, and land will be leased for businesses under the shrimp project.
