Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched several revolutionary programs for the welfare of the public. This was stated by Punjab Information and Culture Minister Azma Bukhari while talking to newsmen in Lahore, after inaugurating an art exhibition at Alhamra Art Center. According to Radio Pakistan, Azma Bukhari announced that under the 'Apni Chat, Apna Ghar program', loans worth billions of rupees have already been distributed among people for building their own homes. She highlighted that thousands of homeless people have now acquired their own homes thanks to these initiatives. In response to a question, Azma Bukhari emphasized Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's zero tolerance towards police mishandling and manhandling in any case that comes to her notice.
