Minister for Petroleum Musadik Malik has assured to extend full facilitation to Chinese companies partnering with Pakistani companies in the areas of oil and gas exploration, refinery upgradation, coal conversion and regasification. He made these remarks during his round-table meetings with Chinese companies at Pakistan Pavilion set up at the 8th Silk Route Expo in Xian, China. Dr Musadik Malik said Pakistan contains one of the largest reserves of coal and is committed to creating value from its resources, while protecting the environment. He said both the countries will become partners in technology and venture partners.
