Information Ministry's Fact Check has declared the article published in "The Diplomat" magazine regarding the visit of a high-level Chinese delegation to Pakistan as baseless and misleading. The Information Ministry said the article is based on false pretext and untrue context. It stated that visits of foreign dignitaries take place throughout the year. The Information Ministry said an attempt has been made in this article to create a misleading link between the visit and incidents of terrorism. In a post on his X handle, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said this is yet another failed attempt to damage Pakistan's relations with its time tested friend China. He said these attacks on our foreign policy will not succeed. The Information Minister said the impression given in this article is based on false opinions which do not reflect the sentiments of the people of Pakistan. Source: Radio Pakistan
