Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz distributed e-bikes among students at a ceremony in Lahore today. Speaking on the occasion, she said the government is committed to provide all possible facilities to poor and needy students. She said 27,000 bikes are being provided on merit through e-balloting. She said that the government will pay half of the down payment for these e-bikes. The Chief Minister ensured that the monthly instalment would not exceed five thousand rupees.
