Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Rana Sanaullah has emphasized the need to develop a sports culture in the country with the cooperation of all stakeholders. Talking to newsmen in Islamabad on Thursday, he said efforts are being made to revive the past glory of hockey in the country. The Minister said that Pakistani athletes have immense talent and government is actively working to refurbish the skills of athletes. Responding to a question, he said any person who found involved in the politics in the Sports Board, will be expelled immediately as government believes in meritocracy and provision of opportunities to the players.
