National Disaster Management Authority has issued an advisory for general public to adopt safeguard measures keeping in view of forecasted persistence of weather system during Eid holidays.

In this regard the Authority issued an advisory urging public to avoid standing close to telephone or electric pylons. It advised not to take cover of trees during rain or wind.

It advised the tourists to plan travels to picnic and tourist spots considering weather and traffic conditions.
