Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said a strategy is being formulated to enhance Pakistan's exports to 100 billion dollars. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad today, he said Pakistan has immense potential in information technology, mining, blue economy, creative industries, and other sectors. He said the private sector has a pivotal role in government's efforts for economic development. Speaking on the occasion, Commerce Minister Jam Kamal said country's economy is improving which is evident from the fact that inflation and interest rate have declined, while other economic indicators are progressing.
