No one from puppet admin visits aggrieved family

Srinagar, April 20, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, no minister or official from puppet administration has visited the aggrieved family of the teenage boy, Suhail Ahmad Sofi, who was killed in firing by Indian armed forces at Narbal in Badgam district on Saturday. “…till now, no officer visited us and neither have I received any copy of the FIR registered in the case,” Suhail’s father, Abdul Ahad Sofi said in a media interview in Srinagar.

Regarding situation in the area, he said, “There were protests in the Narbal market against the killing which was obvious but police is acting as if they are aliens.” “We told SHO not to come to the area as their presence would enrage the boys and their anger is genuine. But police called in more force from other police stations too,” Sofi added.
