The National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority in partnership with German Agency for International Cooperation has launched Energy Conservation Building Code. Speaking at the launching ceremony in Islamabad, Managing Director of NEECA Dr Sardar Mohazzam presented the Code as a transformative framework to improve building practices across the country.
