Federal govt to distribute over Rs 14bln to tribesmen

The Federal government has released compensation of more than fourteen billion rupees for distribution among those people of tribal districts whose houses were damaged due to terrorism.

According to spokesman of FDMA, survey of damaged houses in South Waziristan, North Waziristan, Kurram, Orakzai and Khyber districts is in progress.

He said that owner of each completely damaged house is being given a cheque of four hundred thousand rupees.

Similarly, a cheque of one hundred and sixty thousand rupees will be given to the owner of each partially damaged house.
