Bahria Town to deliver first social media contact centre of Pakistan

Karachi, April 10, 2014 (PPI-OT): Bahria Town selected C Square Consulting, a leading Systems Integrator to deploy Genesys Contact Centre Solution, which will enable Bahria to service customers through Voice, Web Chat, Email, SMS and Social Media. Bahria Town is the first company to adapt Genesys Social Media Engagement tools in Pakistan, whereby they will be able to identify customer sentiments and engage with them where necessary.

In its drive to facilitate its customers even more, Bahria Town has also taken the initiative to deploy a fully automated Complaint Management Solution that allows customers to log complaints and ensure smooth tracking till the resolution of the issue. The objective is to clearly enhance customer experience by engaging customers on multiple channels to provide consistent service across the organization.
