Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Engineer Amir Maqam says seventy billion rupees have been distributed among the flood victims in the affected areas under Benazir Income Support Program.

Talking to media after distribution of cash assistance in Charbagh area of Swat on Saturday, he said the government is standing should to shoulder with the flood victims and will never let them alone in this critical time.

The Advisor urged political leaders to shun politics of agitation and focus on rehabilitation of the devastated infrastructure from the recent floods.
