Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the full schedule for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League, running from the 26th of this month to 3rd May.
According to Radio Pakistan, the historic tournament will feature eight teams, including new entrants Pindiz and Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen, competing in 44 matches across six venues in Pakistan. Faisalabad and Peshawar will host PSL matches for the first time.
The tournament opens on March 26 with defending champions Lahore Qalandars facing Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Each team will play 10 matches, with the top four advancing to the playoffs. The final is set for May 3 at Gaddafi Stadium, with May 4 reserved as a backup.
Gaddafi Stadium will host 15 matches, Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium 11, Faisalabad's Iqbal Stadium seven, Karachi's National Bank Stadium six, Multan Cricket Stadium four, and Peshawar's Imran Khan Cricket Stadium one.
