Cold and partly cloudy weather is expected in upper parts of the country during the next twelve hours.
However, light rain and drizzle with gusty winds and light snow over hills is expected in northeast Punjab, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Dense fog is expected in plain areas of Punjab during morning and night hours.

According to forecast for Indian illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of light rain and snow are likely to prevail in Srinagar while hances of light rain and snow is expected in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla. Partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm in evening and night are expected in Jammu.
