Gilgit-Baltistan spokesman of Police department said after the Peshawar police line blast, security has been put on high alert in Gilgit Range.

DIG Gilgit Range Farman Ali directed the DPOs to tighten security of foreign nationals, especially Chinese.

Orders were also issued to tighten security of government buildings, police stations, checkpoints and strict checking on entry and exit points.
