25 killed in Russian attack on Ukraine train station: Zelenskyy

Ukraine says twenty-five people have been killed and several others injured when Russia hit a railway station in Chaplyne town.

In a video address to the UN Security Council, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said thirty-one people are injured in the attack and the number of fatalities could increase.

Russia has so far made no comment on the airstrikes.
