Zafar visits martyr’s family at Zainakote in Srinagar

Srinagar, November 15, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leader and the Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) Chairman, Zafar Akbar Butt on Sunday visited residence of martyr, Gowher Nazir Dar at HMT, Mustafabad and paid tributes to the martyred youth. Zafar Akbar Butt, who was released yesterday after one month illegal detention, was accompanied by Aijaz Kashmiri, Molvi Mushtaq Ahmed and Nazir Ahmed.

Addressing on the occasion, Zafar Akbar Butt paid rich tributes to martyrs and reaffirmed that pro-freedom leadership with the active support of naive Kashmiris would take the mission of martyrs to its logical conclusion despite all odds. He demanded impartial probe into the killing of all innocent Kashmiris including Gowher Ahmad Dar. He also condemned the fresh arrest spree demanded urgent release of all pro-freedom leaders and activists on humanitarian grounds.

He said that many activists including Shakeel Ahmed Butt’s family showed deep concern over their health condition. Zafar Butt also visited Chanpora, Kanipora and Rawalpora and condoled the death of Shabbir Ahmed Butt’s uncle and 9th class student, Sobia, daughter of Abdul Hameed and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. Meanwhile, a delegation led by Molvi Rasheed visited Shopian and expressed solidarity with pro-freedom leaders, Assad Ullah and Zakir Khaki (Nisar Ahmed) on the death of their brother.
