Transfer posting of Judges and Orders

Karachi, April 12, 2016 (PPI-OT):The Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh has suspended Mr. Aijaz Ali Khaskheli, (District and Sessions Judge) presently posted as Judge, Accountability Court Hyderabad on the ground of ‘misconduct’ with immediate effect and directed to report to high Court and during the period he would draw his pay and allowances as admissible under the Rules from the place of posting.

The Chief Justice and the Judges of the High Court of Sindh have transferred Mr. Ghulam Murtaza, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, from Thatta and posted him as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Khipro against the post lying vacant with immediate effect, in the public interest.

The District and Sessions Judge Thatta is directed to transfer all cases pending on the file of transferee Court to any other Court of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Thatta for disposal according to law. The Chief Justice has imposed the penalty of Compulsory Retirement prescribed under the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973 upon M/s Romana Siddiqui, District and Sessions Judge and Mr. Ashraf Yar Khan, senior Civil Judge with immediate effect.
