State Bank of Pakistan sells treasury bills worth Rs158.83bn

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Wednesday accepted bids worth Rs158.834 billion with a realised amount of Rs148.8 billion in an auction for the sale of three-, six- and 12-month Market Treasury Bills (MTBs), a statement said. The SBP set a cut off yield of 13.2061 percent for three-month T-bills and accepted bids worth Rs27.065 billion. For the six-month papers, the cut off yield was set at 13.5984 percent with Rs81.62 billion bids. Similarly, the cut off yield of 13.8424 percent was set for 12-month treasury bills with Rs50.129 billion bids.
