Six Indian CRPF personnel injured in IOK attack

Srinagar, December 07, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, at least six Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were injured in an attack in southern Islamabad district, today. The incident occurred when an Indian paramilitary convoy was attacked at Sangam-Doonipora in Bijbehara area of the district.

A CRPF spokesman said that troopers were injured after unidentified militants armed men fired at the convoy from a distance. The area has been cordoned off and the highway closed at Bijbehara. Meanwhile, clash between protesters and Indian police was going in Bandipore, till last reports came in.
