Karachi, December 06, 2016 (PPI-OT): Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah once again reviewed development package of the city at New Sindh Secretariat and specially focused on the road from airport to Ghaggar Patak. He said that the FWO was constructing Karachi-Thatta dual carriageway but the road from Airport to Quaidabad (of KMC), Quaidabad to Steel Mills and then steel mills to Ghaggar Patak also need reconstruction.

The chief minister directed Additional Chief Secretary (Dev) Mohammad Waseem to approve the scheme in three portions so that its tenders could be issued. He suggested that the initial portion of the road from airport to Quaidabad should be constructed by PD Karachi Package while the tow other portions may be awarded to a well reputed contracting firm.
