Redress of public grievances is top priority of Ombudsman Court: Farzana Jabeen

Karachi, February 11, 2016 (PPI-OT): Redress of public grievances is the top priority of the Ombudsman Court, regular hearing is continue on victims ‘ requests to different departments, quick and free justice to the people started getting up on their doorstep . This was stated by Senior Advisor of Ombudsman Regional Office Farzana Jabeen. She was speaking at a hearing of the petitions at the office of Deputy Commissioner Malir.

She said that affected persons of the nearby areas contact to the Ombudsman court in order to facing problems in getting electricity, gas, and passport. Advisor of Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Muhammad Yamin said that people submit and register their complaints to the Zonal Office of Federal Ombudsman without any fee or advocate so that they could be provided justice as soon as possible.

Before this he deducted the over amount and eradicated over billing after hearing Abbas Khan’s complaint on over billing against K-electric. Upon which applicant expressed his acute pleasure and declared the authority of Federal Ombudsman as a “Messiah” for poor people. Moreover Ombudsman Court issued a notice to the Concerned Officer of Passport Office in order to hindrances in getting passport.
