President urges Federal Public Service Commission to uphold highest standard of transparency, non-partisanship and integrity in its recruitment process

Islamabad, February 01, 2016 (PPI-OT): President Mamnoon Hussain has urged the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) to uphold the highest standards of transparency, non-partisanship and integrity in its recruitment process.

The President said this while talking to Mr. Naveed Akram Cheema, Chairman FPSC who called on him at the Aiwan-e- Sadar, Islamabad on Monday.

The President lauded the endeavours of FPSC for providing online services for recruitments in the Federal Government. The President directed FPSC to take all possible measures to ensure merit for recruitment in the Federal Services.

On the occasion, Mr Naveed Akram Cheema submitted the Annual Report- 2014 of FPSC to the President and apprised him about the salient features of the report. Chairman FPSC also briefed the President about the functions of FPSC.
