Pakistan is looking for favourable trade environment between Bangladesh and Pakistan by removal of trade barriers including rigid visa policies: Abdul Rahim Janoo

Karachi, November 25, 2015 (PPI-OT): Mr. Saif-ur-Rehman, Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh visited Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and had a meeting with members FPCCI chaired by Mr. Abdul Rahim Janoo, Senior Vice President, FPCCI. The main purpose of the meeting was providing the trade opportunities to Pakistani exporters in terms of availing demand from Bangladesh Market. Mr. Abdul Rahim Janoo emphasized on the easy visa policy for Pakistani exporters, importers and exhibitors who are participating in Dhaka International Trade Fair – DITF and Chittagong International Trade Fair– CITF, whereas Pakistan’s official participation is being organized by FPCCI. FPCCI is looking for cooperation from the Bangladesh Diplomatic Mission in terms of smooth proceedings for participation from Pakistan by having ease in visa and custom policies stated by Mr. Abdul Rahim Janoo. Mr. Saif-ur-Rehman, Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh assured the members of FPCCI that the exhibitors from FPCCI for DITF and CITF will be having no visa problem on the recommendation of FPCCI. He assured that his mission will cooperate in all aspects for Pakistani participation in said exhibitions.
