Joint resistance leadership appeals for valley-wide protests on Friday

Srinagar, December 29, 2016 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, joint resistance leadership Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik appealed for valley-wide protests and demonstrations on Friday 30th December 2016 against issuing domicile certificates to West Pakistan Refugees and court verdict challenging the disputed nature of Jammu Kashmir.

Resistance leaders in a joint statement issued in Srinagar said that PDP is fulfilling gradually and fraudulently the agenda of Hindu Rashtra of BJP by doing this deceitful act they may get comfort from their masters but they never can excuse their betrayal to their own people.

Hurriyet leaders said that disputed nature of Jammu and Kashmir cannot be brushed aside by any judicial device. Appealing all the sects of the society including Ulmah, Imam’s, religious scholars, intellectuals, civil society, youth, traders and transporters to remain vigilant against these butchery and devastating tactics of India and their paroled stooges.

Joint leadership appealed them to hold peaceful protests after Friday prayers on 30 December 2016 to convey a clear message to our oppressor and their local collaborators. Resistance leaders also appealed people in general and transporters and traders in particular to observe a complete shutdown on Friday and Saturday as mention in protest program and make it success.
