Indus Motor Company enhances 3S network in the country

Karachi: Bahawalpur- To enhance its footprint to rural areas, Indus Motor Company has provided the reliable state-of-the-art Toyota 3S Dealership to another important area in the country.

IMC will now reach out to the rural customers to give them an opportunity of using world class after sales service and genuine auto spare parts through 3S dealership showroom in Bahawalpur.

“This is an important initiative IMC has taken to provide the rural customers with genuine, properly taxed, and with warranty spare parts through this 3S dealership showroom,” said Chief Executive IMC Parvez Ghias.

He further said, “In order to cater to the needs of our growing customers, we are expanding our 3S dealership network and are privileged to have the most modern service network in the country”.

Our dealerships are equipped with modern equipments which will ultimately help us in achieving customer satisfaction; he said and added that the customers will also benefit from highly trained technical staff.

It may be noted that the service network under-went expansion recently and now comprises of 35 Dealerships in 17 cities. While the service network has over 800 stalls catering to general jobs, car wash and body paint are undertaken by professionally Toyota trained service technicians.

Chief Executive Officer of Bahawalpur Motors Malik Israr said that with the opening of this 3S Dealership the customers of Bahawalpur will benefit immensely from the facilities under one roof i.e. Sales, Servcie and Spare Part.

The facilities that will be available at the showroom include engine analyzers, computerized 4 wheel alignment equipment, paint booths, special service tools, 2 post auto lifts, wheel balancer, frame aligner, wide range of garage equipment, body repairing equipment, electrical service equipment, and other computerized equipment and testers.

It is pertinent to mention here that IMC and its service department undertake extensive training of its dealer’ service staff by conducting over 30 specialized courses a year for service managers/service advisors, service engineers and technicians.
