Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Pakistan China Business Council, Pakistan China Institute sign MoU

Karachi: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry FPCCI’s Pakistan China Business Council & Pakistan China Institute Thursday signed MoU to jointly work for promoting relations between Pakistan and China.

It was signed at Federation House, Karachi by Tariq Sayeed, Patron in Chief Pakistan China Business Council & former President, FPCCI & SAARC CCI & Mushahid Hussain Syed, Chairman, Pakistan China Institute. MoU object is to make joint efforts in bringing business community of two countries closer, intensifying economic, bilateral trade ties, jointly hold seminars, briefings, conferences, research projects, bilateral meetings in Pakistan, organize joint delegations, joint ventures, organize participation in Trade Fairs in China to enhance commerce, economy, trade.

Both private institutions will hold bilateral, trilateral consultations in cooperation with counterparts in China for exchange of business leaders, delegations of private sector enterprises, scholars, students, endeavour to organize annual Pakistan China Business Summit alternatively in Pakistan & China, include each others’ organizations in delegations visiting China or a third country with focus on China, promote vision that 21st century should be “Asian Century” of peace, progress, prosperity for entire Asia.
