Attacks on civilians in IOK handiwork of Indian agencies: UJC

Srinagar, May 27, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the United Jihad Council (UJC) condemning the killing of two civilians in two different incidents in Sopore has said that it is a handiwork of Indian agencies, aimed at subverting territory’s political and economic stability besides defaming the ongoing freedom movement.

Unidentified gunmen on Monday stormed an office of a telecommunication company and killed on employ and injured two others in Sopore town. Last night, gunmen sponsored by India barged into the house of civilian, Ghulam Hassan Dar and shot him dead at Dooru in the town.

Denouncing the attacks, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen in a statement issued to media in Srinagar termed it a handiwork of Indian agencies. UJC and Hizb Chief Syed Salahuddin condemned the incidents saying that no Mujahid organization even could think of attacking civilians. Quoting Salahuddin, UJC spokesman expressed condolences with the victims’ families and prayed for the immediate recovery of the injured. Other Mujahid organizations also denounced the attacks and said that Indian government and agencies were behind such attacks.
