سوئننگ، چین میں ماحول دوست ترقی پر ثابت قدمی ثمربار

سوئننگ، چین، 15 ستمبر 2018ء/پی آرنیوزوائر/– 5 ستمبر کو ایک “گرین” برین اسٹورمنگ سیشن مغربی چینی صوبے سیچوان کے شہر سوئننگ میں منعقد ہوا۔ اس اجلاس نے، جسے “2018ء گرین اکانمی سوئننگ کانفرنس” کا نام دیا گیا، تقریباً 300 معروف چینی ماہرین، اسکالرز اور کاروباری منتظمین کی توجہ مبذول کرائی۔ وہ ایک چھت تلے جمع ہوئے اور ماحول دوست ترقی کے حوالے سے سوئننگ کو مرکزی حیثیت دیتے ہوئے کثیر پہلو اور عمیق تبادلوں میں شامل ہوئے۔

2007ء میں سوئننگ بدستور ایسا علاقہ تھا جو خود روایتی زرعی نمونے کی گہری جڑوں سے بدستور آزاد نہیں ہوا تھا۔ لیکن اس سال، سوئننگ نے ترقی میں نئی پیشقدمی کا بھی عہد کیا، تاکہ راسخ روایات کو تبدیل کرے اور مستقبل کی طرف تیزی سے بڑھے۔

گزشتہ دہائی میں سرسبزی نے شہر کا ایک نیا جلوہ پیش کیا۔ صنعتی ڈھانچے میں تبدیلی کے ذریعے روایتی صنعتوں کی جگہ الیکٹرانک انفارمیشن، مشینری اور آلات، انٹیلی جینٹ مینوفیکچرنگ، نیو مٹیریلز، جدید لاجسٹکس اور دیگر ابھرتی ہوئی صنعتیں لے چکی ہیں۔ ماحول دوست شہرکاری اور تعمیر کی دہائی کے بعد شہری علاقہ اب فی کس باغات اور سرسبز مقامات کا 12.86 مربع میٹر علاقہ رکھتا ہے، سرسبزی کے کل احاطے کی شرح 41.35 فیصد ہے اور نامکمل گھاس کے احاطے کی شرح 37.47 فیصد ہے۔ شہر کے وسط میں واقع آبی ذخیرہ گوانین جھیل 14.8 مربع کلومیٹر کا سطحی رقبہ رکھتی ہے اور سوئننگ “اسپنج سٹی” کی تعمیر شروع کرنے والے چین کے اولین شہروں میں سے ایک ہے۔ “چینی شہروں کی حالت” کے 2018ء ایڈیشن نے، جسے یو این ہیبیٹٹ اور اربن پلاننگ سوسائٹی آف چائنا نے مشترکہ طور پر شائع کیا، سرورق پر “چین میں سبز شہرکاری” کے عنوان کے ساتھ سوئننگ شہر کی تصویر لگائی۔ تعمیرات میں سرسبزی سے بھرپور شہر کو “گرین ورلڈ سٹی” اور “انٹرنیشنل پارک سٹی” جیسے مؤقر مناصب اور دلپسند خطابات بھی مل چکے ہیں۔

26 اور 27 ستمبر کے درمیان گرین ڈیولپمنٹ سائنس اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی کانفرنس “صاف توانائی: ماحوحل دوست نمو کے لیے نیا محرّک” کے عنوان سے سوئننگ میں ہوگی۔ اندرون و بیرون ملک سے سرکردہ  ماہرین، دانشور اور معروف ادارے ایک مرتبہ پھر جمع ہوں گے اور صاف توانائی اور توانائی محفوظ کرنے، نئی توانائی گاڑیوں، ماحول دوست مالیات، “ون بیلٹ ون روڈ” پر واقع سبز شہروں میں تعاون، دیہی تجدید حیات اور جدت طراز ترقی جیسے اہم موضوعات پر تبادلۂ خیال کریں گے۔ وہ سائنس، ٹیکنالوجی، ماحول دوست ترقی اور عوام کے لیے موافق تمام پہلوؤں سے واضح تکمیل پر بات کریں گے۔

Minister takes of corruption in Revenue Department

Karachi, September 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): Provincial Minister for Revenue and Relief Makhdoom Mehboob uz Zaman has taken notice over the news has been published in a number of Press and the Minister Concerned has taken notice and warned the culprit officers and Officials of Revenue Department to avoid such practice otherwise he will taken strained action against officers/officials of Revenue Department who are involved in malpractices and given huge lose to government structure.

Protesters claimed that Mukhtiarkar Qasimabad office demanding bribes for every business related to their office. Corruption is on its peak in all revenue offices of Hyderabad. They blamed that employees of Mukhtiarkar Qasimabad office receiving 12 to 15 thousand to issue sell certificate while the original government fees is just 500 rupees.

Minister Revenue and Relief Sindh, Makhdoom Mehboob Zaman directed secretary revenue department to probe complains and submit report as soon as possible. We cannot tolerate any act of corruption or disobedience causing huge defamation of whole Revenue department. All such black sheep of revenue department will be treated with iron hands and their services will be terminated. Minister Revenue and Relief Sindh, Makhdoom Mehboob Zaman in his statement ensures the estate agents that their issues and complains will be redress soon.

Prime Minister Imran Khan chairs meeting on Federal Government funded development projects in Karachi

Islamabad, September 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a meeting on development projects funded by the Federal Government at Karachi today. The meeting was attended by Governor Sindh Imran Ismail, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Secretary Sindh Maj. (R) Azam Sulaiman Khan, Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Sualeh Farooqi, Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar, senior officers of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board and Sindh government. The meeting was briefed about the Federal Government funded ongoing development projects particularly Green Line Project and the K-IV water supply project.

While discussing Green Line Project, the Prime Minister directed that a representative of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation should be included in the Board of Directors. It was informed that Karachi is facing a water shortage of 573 Million Gallons per day (MGD) as against a demand of 918 MGD. Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed concern over the water issues of Karachi and emphasized on enhanced coordination between federal and provincial governments for co-funded projects.

It is my Life Mission to provide job to unemployed youth of Pakistan: Says Speaker NA

Islamabad, September 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that it is a mission of my life to provide job to the unemployed youth of Pakistan. Every Pakistani is talented and our youth is determined to embark Pakistan on the path of development. He further added that apart from government jobs, we have to contribute to arrange private jobs as well. He expressed these views while talking to the Chief Executive of Huawei Pakistan, Mr. Saif Chi who called on him at Speaker House Islamabad, today. Former Ambassador of People’s Republic of China Zhang Chunxiang was also present on the occasion.

Speaker said that Pakistan’s youth is proficient and patriot in all respects. “He meets every international expedition. All over the world, Pakistani youth have highlighted their country’s name in every field”, he added. He said that they have a passion for doing something for the sake of the country and their hearts are filled with nationalism but instead of not doing proper jobs, they become unhappy with behaviour. “To bring it to the right direction, we have to contribute and arrange to get government employment as well as private jobs”, the Speaker said.

Mentioning the top priority of the government, Asad Qaiser said that the government is committed to provide job for unemployed youth. “ I will utilize all my energies and effort to get jobs for Pakistani youth from international and multinational companies working in Pakistan. In this regard, I will take up this issue not only with the leaders of the other political parties in the National Assembly but also discuss with the MNAs who related to the business or industry and form a comprehensive plan to get employment after consultation” he remarked.

Speaking on this occasion, Speaker asked Huawei’s Chief Executive to create a comprehensive plan for jobs in your company and we will also welcome all others companies to support in this regard. Asad Qaiser said that there were some error and defects in the Islamabad Safe City project and we want to remove these defects after consultation with the concerned authorities for safe and secure Capital city.

While talking about CPEC, Speaker National Assembly said that the completion of this project is a milestone of Pakistan’s development and prosperity. “I am ready to go to every extent for completion of this project”, he committed.

Chief Executive of Huawei Pakistan, Mr. Saif Chi said that the company is ready to play every possible role in achieving technology promotion and jobs in Pakistan. He further said that the company will not only provide jobs to Pakistani youth and skilled employees but also train them in Pakistan and then send abroad. He assured the Speaker to take all possible measures to overcome all kinds of defects in Islamabad Safe City.
